I stayed at a hotel overlooking the bay with patio furniture to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Despite suffering visible hurricane damage, the room was in decent shape. The service was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making for a pleasant stay. The location provided a mix of tranquility and accessibility, although a bit run down. Dining at the Purple Iguana offered classic Italian dishes, and the facilities were well-maintained.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location near the beach was wonderful, but there were some issues with the rooms and service. The dining at the Purple Iguana was a highlight, though.

The rooms got very hot, and all of our food spoiled due to no refrigeration. The small TV provided was sufficient.

The staff are waiting to see if it happens before they continue, but shout out to all the rest of the employees for making my sister and me so comfortable. They were friendly and so helpful throughout our entire visit.

The hotel is just a little more run down, but the very nice location on the water with a small private beach was a plus. It is on the western side of the island, just 15 minutes north of Christiansted.

The hotel facilities need lots of care, and there were broken tiles left on the sidewalk next to the pool area. However, they are working on rebuilding the restaurant in anticipation. The small private beach was a nice touch.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right by the beach and just a short walk to the marina. The rooms were clean and cozy, although showing a bit of age. The service was friendly and helpful. The dining experience at the Purple Iguana was delightful. However, be prepared for the relentless bugs at dusk and the shabby appearance of some areas.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room overlooked the bay with lovely patio furniture to enjoy both sunrise and sunset views. The accommodations ranged from cozy single units to spacious duplex units, some of which are owned or used for timeshares. The only drawback was the lack of information about closures.
